Berkeley Scott Recruitment are looking for an experienced CDP for a 4 week booking starting on Monday 25th November. No weekends, all shifts are Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm, pay rate is £16.25 per hour and pay is on a weekly basis into your bank account.

Located in Dundee the site is accessible by public transport. Please note, this is a 4 book booking not a permanant position you are applying for. 

Role will include:

• Assisting the Head Chef with Christmas lunch prep 
• Cutting and peeling vegetables
• Ensuring all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and whilst you are working 
• Ensure all food produced meets the quality standards set by the Head Chef and company standards
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients, and monitor cooking times to ensure food is prepared to perfection
• Follow portion and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency

Person Specification:

• Previous chef experience at CDP level or above 
• Own chef whites and knives
• Right to work in the UK
• Drivers preferred but not essential
