Venue – 5 Star Hotel

Salary – £28,000

Hours per week – 40 (£13.46H)

Accommodation Available – £240 Per Month, All bills included

We are working with a client who seeks a passionate Chef De Partie to be part of their kitchen in a Hotel. You must be a competent Chef De Partie with a great background and love producing high quality food. As well as the restaurant, the hotel has other outlets such as brassierie, Spa, Fine dining. In terms of the food style, you will be equally passionate about producing fine dining menus as well as heartier dishes such as a Sunday Roast. All roles can be interchangeable, so if you love to learn new food styles to expand your knowledge this is the place to do it! 

As a Chef De Partie you must have a willingness to learn, adapt to ever changing menus and have a great personality.
