We’re recruiting for an exceptional Chef de Partie to join one of London’s most iconic counter dining restaurants—an award-winning destination celebrated for outstanding food, exceptional hospitality, and an unforgettable guest experience.

Spanning two beautifully designed floors, this renowned restaurant showcases a menu inspired by both modern and traditional European cuisine, crafted using some of the finest seasonal ingredients from land and sea and bespoke cooking equipment.

This is an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in a kitchen where quality comes first. Every dish is executed with precision, creativity, and respect for the produce, making it the ideal environment for an ambitious chef de partie looking to refine their craft alongside an experienced and talented brigade.

• Salary of up to £39,000 per year (including tronc)

We’re Looking For

• An experienced Chef de Partie ready for their next challenge
• Previous experience in a Michelin-starred, Rosette-awarded, or other recognised award-winning kitchen
• Strong technical cooking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A passion for high-quality European cuisine and seasonal ingredients
• A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced service environment
• A genuine desire to learn, develop, and contribute to an exceptional team
