Chef de Partie | Exclusive Members Club | Mayfair | £35,000 + £4,000 Tronc

Join one of Mayfair’s most prestigious private members clubs and work alongside a highly respected Head Chef known for developing talented chefs.

We’re looking for an organised, ambitious CDP who is hungry to learn, passionate about great produce, and eager to progress their career. You’ll work with exceptional seasonal ingredients sourced from the UK and Europe while gaining valuable exposure to kitchen management, operations, and high-end service standards.

 47-hour contract

 3 days off per week

 £35,000 salary + approximately £4,000 tronc

• Prepare and organise your section to the highest standards

• Assist the senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service

• Ensure excellent food quality and presentation at all times

• Work with premium seasonal produce from the UK and Europe

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards

• Contribute to a professional and efficient kitchen environment

• Learn and develop your understanding of kitchen management, stock control, and operational procedures
