Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Service: Serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.

• Outstanding Customer Care: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.

• Cash Handling: Accurately process cash and card transactions, providing a seamless service.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to manage busy times and maintain high standards of service.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including alcohol licensing regulations, to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in bar work or hospitality.

• A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering excellent service.

• Must be 18+ due to alcohol licensing regulations.

• Reliable transportation to and from Sheffield is required.
