EXPERIENCED BARISTAS WANTED – MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORK – CENTRAL LONDON

We’re currently hiring skilled and passionate baristas to join our team for weekday roles across Central London. If you’re experienced with manual coffee machines, love crafting the perfect cup, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you!

Central London
£14.00 – £14.80 per hour (depending on venue)
Monday to Friday – daytime shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a barista using manual/espresso machines
• Passion for speciality coffee and a genuine love for hospitality
• Confident working in high-volume and fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of coffee grind, extraction, milk texturing and cleaning procedures
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, approachable, and professional
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Impeccable attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Able to follow food safety and allergen procedures

Requirements:

• Over 18 years old
• Full smart uniform: white and black shirt, black trousers, black shoes
• Level 2 Food Safety & Allergen Awareness certificates (must-have)
• Available Monday to Friday
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dialing in and preparing consistently excellent espresso-based drinks
• Managing multiple orders during busy service times
• Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
• Assisting with light service duties if required (e.g. setting up or clearing)
• Engaging with guests and ensuring top-tier service
• Communicating clearly with kitchen and service teams
• Following all food safety and health & safety protocols
