Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and elevate high standards of accommodation quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations are implemented and maintained 
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to keep everything spotless and in order.
• Implement and uphold standards and expectations level with the customer service experience
• Manage budgets and fixed costs contract experience would desirable 
• mobilizations, including the opening and closing of accommodations.
• Streamline room turnover processes for maximum efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding of accommodation management and quality standards.
• Expertise in compliance, health, and safety regulations.
• Experience in the public sector is a plus.
• Savvy with budgeting and managing fixed costs.
• Skilled in mobilizations and room turnover processes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
